3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 9499 is a high temperature adhesive transfer tape used for extra protection in critical splicing applications that require low profiles and high temperature resistance. This conformable tape is mounted on a 60 lb. densified kraft paper liner.
60 lb. densified kraft paper liner reduces edge burr in hand tool processing of metal plates. Good peel strength on many surfaces allows tape to withstand rigorous splicing applications. Good solvent and excellent UV resistance allows tape to perform in demanding environments. High tack acrylic adhesive sticks well to most paper stocks, making it ideal for splicing and printing applications. High temperature resistance up to 350°F/177°C for short periods of time allows tape to perform in high air and oven drying temperatures
