3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive 2214 Non-Metallic Filled contains no aluminum powders and cures to a cream-color (not gray). This adhesive is designed to provide high strength, high temperature resistance and smooth bond lines. It features slightly lower thermal conductivity than other 2214 epoxies, with higher dielectric strength.
A STRONG BOND: Made to adhere metals quickly and securely within a temperature range of -67°F to 250°F (-55°C to 121°C). A VARIETY OF SUBSTRATES: Can be used on aluminum, fiberglass, reinforced plastics, polyester, and phenolics. A WIDE RANGE OF INDUSTRIES: Made for the general construction, appliance repair, specialty vehicle, electronics, and metalworking industries. COLOR: Cream. FAST-CURING: A full cure can be achieved in 40 minutes at 250 °F (121 °C). FLAMMABILITY RATING: Meets the standard for UL 94 HB. NON-METALLIC FORMULA: A variation of the regular 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive 2214. TIME FOR REWORK: Allows rework until heat is applied
